WhiteRock AthleticsandCo Hello all! In quick, and short detail about us. We're a nonprofit fitness group that meets three to four times a week at White Rock lake at Winfrey Point.

We do Crossfit WOD every Monday. Wednesday, and Friday at 7:00PM sharp at the bottom of Winfrey Point at White Rock lake. On occasion we do sometimes do Saturday mornings at 8:00AM. With us being nonprofit, we do not charge per class or per sessions and welcome all athletic abilities young and old. We only ask that you come prepared wearing proper sporting attire and bring plenty of fluids to drink to stay hydrated.
