So I am part of a fitness ministry called VFIT!! We are a group of instructors that accepts EVERYONE into our family! We believe anyone can better themselves, regardless of age or size!

We put God first in EVERYTHING we do!

Since COVID has hit, we have been offering FREE virtual dance fitness classes on Mondays & Tuesdays at 7pm through Facebook Live.
