It’s been a while since my last post, but I’m still alive! Here’s a Twenty8Knives Bird&Trout doin what it was made to do on my first ever pheasant.

I hope you’re all doing well and thanks to those that have reached out to me this year about knives and just to shoot the 💩. I’m still getting asked about knives every month even tho it’s been almost a year since I’ve made one. Makes me feel good about my knife making abilities. I don’t have a clue about a timeline, but I’m not done making. Eventually I’ll start up the tools again. Life is super busy these days. I’m enjoying the hell out of hanging out w the kiddos and working the apparel businesses w my wife. 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Not only does my wife’s apparel business help provide for our family, it also provides me w unlimited shop/work shirts and rags. Anyways, this Reaper is just about done. Much needed shop time today. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Well guys, it’s been a minute. Let’s make a Reaper for our first knaf of 2024. Starts next week. See ya there🤘🏻

Twenty8Knives

Been a while since I’ve posted anything so here’s a shot of the first Bowie I ever made. 52100 carbon steel 1/4” thick. It’s a big ol heavy sucker that has seen the insides of a good hand full of piggies. Re-shaped the handle to be a bit bigger, took the bevel up higher and gifted it to a good friend. Hoping to get in the shop and make something again one of these days.

These 10 knives have been on the work bench for a couple of months and today I finally finished them. The timeline was before Christmas, but I wanted to finish them asap since I don’t like to keep customers waiting AND he paid in full already. Big shoutout to for allowing me to take a couple months on these!

Paracord wrapped Bird and Trouts… 🔥🔥🔥

5 of the 10 bird and trouts I beveled this morning. Fresh belts make all the difference. Hogs off the steel quick AF boi!! Also, fresh surface conditioning belts are legit. 🤘🏻
