Post‑holiday Mondays hit different.
I’m not trying to reinvent my life today — I’m just trying to get back into a rhythm that feels doable. One thing at a time. One small win at a time. One “okay, that’s done” at a time.
Today’s goal is simple: get it together… just a little. Reset the space, reset the energy, reset the expectations. Progress over perfection. Momentum over pressure. Showing up over spiraling.

The end of Spring Break didn’t go as planned — but maybe it went exactly as it was supposed to.
While the first half way filled with more fun and adventure then we could have hoped for, the second half went something like this…
My youngest ended up needing surgery to remove a piece of wood that had worked its way deep into his foot. What started as a family effort to try and fix it turned into something much bigger than we expected.
Watching him be brave through all of it wrecked me in the best way. 🥺
Having our whole family together to surround him reminded me of what actually matters. Not the trips. Not the plans. This. These people. This health. This life.
God has a way of rearranging things right when you need the reminder most. 🤍
