Times have changed and so has training! Providing small group, one-on-one services in person or via Fit for ALL fitness levels.
Functional training developed to build on multiple areas such as: strength and conditioning, mobility, boxing, kickboxing and MMA. As an independent trainer, I offer private and semi-private training sessions and packages. Unsure about the private sessions try out our cross training group sessions!

REMINDER: FREE b***y workout this Saturday! Come practice some social distancing; bring a mat, towel, water, mask and that energy for a great BURNING π₯ workout π¬βπ½ (if you have bands/ weights feel free to bring and use them π€π½)
