12 years ago today I held my first boot camp class. Breakaway Boot Camp is still going strong and I truly have the best boot campers around. I still have one boot camper from that very first group and she has been faithfully attending every year. The Lord has given me a gift in these ladies.

Our annual boot camp Christmas party is in the books and the white elephant exchange did not disappoint. From vests, vests with sleeves, gallon-size water bottles, and Goodrs, to exercise dice and yoga mats, the gifts were fun and the stealing abundant. I love these ladies!

If the surfaces are slippery opt to run on a treadmill. It’s not worth the risk of injury. If you head outside to run, layer up and cover your hands and head.
