Last night our New Ga baseball family and the community came together to support Chris Upton and his family. The benefit softball tournament was a huge success. The rain may have come but so did many people for the fun and fellowship.

Thank you to everyone that was able to participate! Those who played in the tournament, those that watched, the vendors and those that supported from afar. Thank you all!

New Georgia baseball family please keep Chris Upton and his family in your prayers! Chris was in a dirt bike accident yesterday and is currently in ICU. Chris is a coach at New Ga and his two sons Ryder and Mason play here as well. His wife Michelle Upton is also a team mom. The Uptons give back so much to our baseball family and community. Please pray for him and his family at this time!

If you would like to contribute there has been a GoFundMe started.

Today we celebrate more than our nation’s independence.

We celebrate the freedom to gather with family, cheer from the stands, coach the next generation, and build a community around a game we love.

For 250 years, the American story has been one of resilience, opportunity, and people coming together.

Every season at New Georgia Baseball, we see those same values come to life on our fields.

From our baseball family to yours, we wish you all a safe, joyful, and Happy Independence Day!

Here’s to celebrating our nation’s past, enjoying the present, and inspiring the next generation both on and off the field. 🇺🇸⚾

Happy Father’s Day from New Georgia Baseball!

Today, we celebrate all the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, coaches, and father figures who make a difference both on and off the field.

Thank you for all of the early mornings, extra batting practice, endless rides to games, words of encouragement after tough losses, and cheers from the stands after big wins. Your support, dedication, and love help shape not only better ballplayers, but better people.

The lessons learned through baseball often start at home, and we’re grateful for the fathers who help teach teamwork, perseverance, sportsmanship, and character every step of the way.

We hope all of the dads have a wonderful Father’s Day surrounded by family, laughter, and the people who matter most.

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at New Georgia Baseball!
