Most people think that I look younger then I am. Some say that I look even younger then I did when I first met them, and tell me "That's not Fair!".
And Many people who are trying to keep their youthful looks ask me "What's your secret?".
Well, I have some good news and some bad news...
The bad news is if you do nothing, you will continue to look older and grow wrinkles you can store mason jars in.
The good news is you can be fit and look up to 10 years younger and its very easy and simple to do.
If you don't want to look up to 10 years younger then you do now that's ok, but Would it be ok if you did me a favor? If you know anyone that does want to look 10 years younger, would you let them know that I can help them?

Sometimes change has to be pushed just as much as you do. Tell your subconscious OUT LOUD AND PROUD not just what you want but what you need to have to get it. Don't ask... COMMAND it. I COMMAND my subconscious to give me the strength, courage, humor, human connection, and perseverance to give as many people as I can the choice to let me help them.

Went back to Minnesota due to a family related emergency. Got back last night. I have no comment on what is going on. Send your prayers/blessings/meditations/energies to my family if and when you can. I know its vague. I apologize for that.

Might go to today with the kiddo. He is absolutely fascinated with Dinosaurs and wants new ones to play with all the time.
