Evidence Based Personalized Baseball Training

01/01/2026

ProMotion Baseball and Softball Academy

Most traditional training still follows a “lesson model” —one a week, do a bunch of “eyewash” drills that don’t transfer, get corrected, repeat. The problem? That’s not how humans actually learn complex movement.

The lesson model assumes progress comes from being told what to do. But skill development doesn’t work that way. Real learning comes from exploration, problem-solving, and adapting in real time. That’s why so many big leaguers and high-level athletes were largely self-taught. They learned by playing, experimenting, failing, adjusting, and discovering what worked for their body — not by chasing perfect mechanics.

Our training system is built on those same principles.

We prioritize:
• Self-discovery over constant instruction
• Movement quality over rigid mechanics
• Game-like environments over isolated drills
• Ownership of learning over dependency on a coach

This February, we’re launching new programs designed around this approach — where athletes actually learn, not just follow directions.

What’s included:
• Up to 60% off small group training
• 24/7 gym access
• A system designed to build adaptable, confident, resilient movers

If you’re tired of lessons that don’t transfer and want training that actually sticks, this is your opportunity.
