The history of this company started in 1990 when founder Nixolas Nixo was drafted by the Dallas Sidekicks,an American professional soccer team but when he re injured the same ankle he had broken in college he was released on October 9th,1990. Unemployed and in desperate need for a job, he created one, by starting a T-Shirt company which initially was called Art Cotton which sold sports attitude T-Shirts and baseball hats so that he could stop his parents telling him to go get a “Real Job” and that his dream to be a professional soccer player was just that, a dream. Nixo had worked to hard for too long to be turned back from his dream so being persistent finally did pay off and Nixo signed with the Dallas Sidekicks in 1993. Nixo continued his business while playing professionally soccer and winning two championships in the process. One championship was in 1993 in the Continental Indoor Soccer League and the other in 1998 in the Premier Soccer Alliance. Never Say Never is based out of its US headquarters in Scottsdale Arizona. Trademarks unlike patents or copyrights trademarks are granted to those that have been in commerce first and since Never Say Never has been in business since the early ninety’s it was granted registration under the acronym and the name thus on 02.25.2014 it was granted registration serial number 86014618 for all the exclusive rights in goods and services in class 25 for mens and woman’s clothing.
