Always a pleasure getting in work with the college girlies when they come home for the summer💪🏽.

Some times we have to slow down to speed up. There was a lot of context before and during this segment.

At times, players may feel like they have it down and try to speed through it. But it’s our jobs as coaches to direct and correct.

Oliver and Carter are skilled and catch on to things quickly for their age. But taking our time to progress at a steady pace is key. Great work young kings💪🏽

SET YOURSELF APART

Some situations call for a more aggressive handle when the dribble is live. Pound the ball, keep your feet moving, stay in an attack stance, and be ready to make a read off instinct.
