In a 40 over match, NDCC Royals scored 141/10 in 37.1 overs. DCCC 2 chased downed the total, winning by 7 wickets in 20.3 overs, led by Latif S (53 off 39 balls) and Sagar P (52 off 47 balls).

Showing great teamwork, players from DCCC 3 and DCCC 4 came together to clear water from the rain-soaked pitch and ground, ensuring the game could start. This took some time and the match was adjusted to 30 overs per side. DCCC 3 scored 129/8, with William S impressing with 45 off 57 balls. DCCC 4 chased 130, securing a 4-wicket win in 23.2 overs, led by top performer Neal Mahatara, who took 3-20 and scored 28 off 40 balls.

Result: FCG Cheetah won by 25 runs
After being put to the test chasing a steep 193, our Lions showed resilience and firepower but fell just short, finishing at 168/6 in 20 overs.
Batting Highlights:
Saketh N led the charge with a phenomenal 79 off 59 balls, anchoring the innings with style and grit. A true masterclass under pressure – take a bow, Saketh!
Anas S chipped in with a quick 29 off 18, and Laksh W added 16, but we couldn’t quite close the gap.

In an exciting Spring T20 contest between DCCC Lions vs LC Strikers at Lanka CG yesterday, DCCC chased down 155 in just 13.3 overs thanks to a MOM performance from Anas Shahid smashing 69 in just 29 balls with good support from Laksh Warty scoring 38*!! DCCC bowlers restricted LC Strikers to 154 thanks to a superb spell of spin bowling from Jai Sanjan Manikandan picking up 3 wickets and giving away only 12 runs. Jai got good support from Darshan 3/34, Sarath 2/23 & Kashif 1/26

DCCC2 faced United XI in a match that was delayed due to a waterlogged field. With incredible effort, DCCC2 players cleared the ground and managed to start the game by 1:30 PM.
United XI, batting first, set a competitive target of 180 runs, with a strong start in the powerplay. DCCC2 bowlers, including Vineeth and Sai Mandava, picked up two wickets each. However, consistent scoring from United XI left DCCC2 with a challenging chase.
In response, DCCC2’s Sagar Pant delivered an outstanding performance, scoring 82 runs off 41 balls, supported by contributions from Hardeep (26), debutant Saketh Narla (24), and Latif (17). The team successfully chased the target in 18.5 overs, securing victory with an over to spare.

After being put into the field, Manoj struck first ball with a brilliant diving catch by young keeper Bassam! Early pressure by Will and Manoj limited the opposition to 44/1 after 10 overs. Irfan (2 wkts) and Aswini (3 wkts) kept the squeeze on, reducing them to 83/6. Despite some dropped chances, the final score was 195/8.
Bassam was electric behind the stumps with 2 catches, 1 stumping & a run-out! 🧤🔥
In reply, after early wickets, Karthik Katreddy (MOM) and W***y built a match-winning 116-run partnership 🤝. W***y smashed 10 fours in his knock while Karthik anchored beautifully. Manoj and Karthik then finished it off with a 53-run stand, sealing the win with 17.3 overs to spare.

A clinical bowling display saw Darshan (6/36) and Sai (2/27) rip through the Eagles lineup. They were 34/4 in the powerplay and never recovered, despite a solid 96 from Shekhar Panwar.
Chasing 168, DCCC2 lost an early wicket but Hardeep (38) and Sagar (96* off 66, 11x4, 4x6) put on a dominant 120-run stand. Sanjaya and Sagar saw us home comfortably.
