🌴Miami Hyrox dusted. First HYROX Doubles in the books
Had an absolute blast throwing down with the HYROX queen herself . We hit a PR and tested our limits.
Here’s how we split the stations to help with your next.
• Ski: 250m splits
• Sled Push: 1 length each
• Sled Pull: ½ length each
• Burpee Broad Jumps: 50/50 until we gassed out
• Row: 500m each (getting in and out takes time so this worked best)
• Farmer’s Carry: 75/25- Hannah flew (whoever’s better)
• Sandbag Lunges: 20–25 each
• Wall Balls: 80/20 until the other person needed relief
Always improving. Biggest focus now is tightening up our run splits.
That’s why I’m starting a Sunday Run Club to build stronger engines and help anyone chasing better HYROX performance.

Walking In Your Power
2023 was all about alchemy to me. The art of turning setbacks to major wins. This time last year I was down and out taking a 25k loss and 6month loss on a space I had my heart set on to build the Mind Body Soul 1 stop shop. I left it to divine timing and to God and was rewarded with something much better (the space im in now).
This whole year my 3 year relationship crumbled apart /together/apart again and I learned to focus more on my inner peace and my inner strength than being codependent on someone else. If we can’t do it alone then we aren’t living in our personal power.
This year I just truly let go of bad energy and people that serve no purpose or who were negative- draining forces in my life. There’s been so many life changing moments on a monthly basis and im learning how to tap in to each one of them in my highest form.
2024 I’ll be by your side helping you learn to be powerful forces and tap in as-well . It’s been confirmed over and over again my life path is to level others up and there’s nothing that can stop it and when I don’t live in my purpose my life starts to suck as a reminder to get back on path.
Let’s tap in to the blessings of 2024🙌🏼

This is a 30 day challenge that is meant to help you break mental blocks and barriers you have with fitness and health as well as setting the tone for the new year off right. The emphasis is to create a strong mind and a strong, body. The style of training will be recomp (shred and lose fat) training that has slight progressive overload each week and can be done at home or at gym. In person option we will meet 3 x per week at a private gym in Peabody: Tuesday 9am or 6:30pm- Leg Day/Thursday 9am or 6:30pm-Upper Body and Core/ Sunday 10am-Full Body.
In person challengers will also receive a workout program to get workouts in on their own when we dont meet so that you are working out at least 5 days per week.
The online version of this challenge does not come with in-person training and you will do the workouts in the program on your own time at the gym or at your home.
This challenge comes with:
