Congratulations to Natasha 'Star" Burse, her doctoral work was selected as a poster presentation at the 15th AACR Conference on the Science of Cancer Health Disparities in Racial/Ethnic Minorities and the Medically Underserved. I attended and presented my work for the first time as Dr. Burse at this national conference, which was held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This was the most engaging, stimulating, empowering, diverse, and informative conference I’ve ever attended. From the keynote speakers, concurrent sessions, MICR events, patient advocates, to the receptions. It was so nice to see and connect with my colleagues.
