The BOSSES were in the building tonight!🔥🏳️‍🌈

What a night celebrating the 40th birthday of Angellica-VictoriaLee Lewis at an amazing burlesque show hosted by the one and only Chef Victoria, CEO of Chef Victoria-Lee and Melanin Monroe for their first show of October’s, “The Freak show!”🖤🎃

Good food, amazing performances, q***r expression, and COMMUNITY! The bosses even got to hit the stage and connect with the crowd!🙌🏾

At a time when our rights, visibility, and freedom to express ourselves are being challenged, WE SHOW UP ANYWAY! Unapologetically, proudly and together!

The love tonight was REAL! From the conversations to the photos, hugs, and community support, this is why we do what we do!

Huge shout-out to Chef Victoria for creating space for us to simply BE! And that food? A FU***NG 10/10! We can’t wait until our 3rd annual MGB legacy brunch. She will be back….

The bosses are OUTSIDE, building connections, aligning with amazing people, and continuing to show up for our Dallas q***r community!

More highlights coming soon! 🖤

MGB, We don’t just build community. We SHOW UP for it! And if you know us, you know that’s a real ass statement!

It’s always a good feeling being invited back into spaces where we truly belong!🖼️🖤

The bosses are already in the building at til Midnight Nasher Sculpture Center & we’re getting ready for a night of art, fashion, culture, and community.

Tonight, we were invited to showcase The Art of Connection Through Scent with our DROPPA fragrance!

We’re often asked so many questions when people experience our fragrance, and it’s amazing how something as simple as a scent can spark deep conversations, bring back memories, and create meaningful connections. So tonight, we get to share that experience with the community, and we’re grateful for the opportunity! Come see us!

Doors open at 6 PM, and the event goes until midnight! If you’re free tonight, pull up and enjoy some fall festivities, drinks, art, and good community vibes!🍂

Droppa is now back on PREORDER! Hit the link in bio!

Becoming has been my vibe! Coming out of trauma beliefs and masks that never were me was the best thing I could have done for myself!

Self Love has saved me. The more I heal, the more of me reveals. It was a great experience hosting and sharing my story at a National coming out day event here in Dallas, TX two years ago.

I always appreciate the community for capturing me in real time and sending clips of things I sometimes forget about but made great impact! And that night was amazing! Thanks God Innergy 👑✨ 🫶🏾📱

Also, thanks DR Mann Hanson for trusting me with your show that year. It was an honor sharing safe space with the q***r community!🫂

As a black, masc q***r woman, preachers kid and community advocate who fights for our rights and voices to be heard it’s not easy, but what’s powerful is the power we hold within. Tap into yourself and then show up UNAPOLOGETICALLY in truth no matter who doesn’t like it!

That’s true freedom and I ain’t dimming my light for no fu***ng body!🫡

Follow MascGentBosses we creating a whole wave rooted in healing and and visibility!🫡🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Houston, we pulled up, and what an experience last night!🎭🖤

Man, we’re still taking it all in! To be able to travel to Houston and show up for our very own The Ebony Rose as she brought her FIRST stage play to life was such a beautiful experience.

The writing, the performances, the poetry, the storytelling, and the way she used her creativity to bring awareness to the voices of women, our q***r community, and the fight for our rights was POWERFUL!🔥

Ebony Rose, we are so incredibly proud of you and the entire cast! We know how much work, passion, and purpose went into bringing this vision to life, and we can’t wait to see where you take it next.

And to all the bosses who pulled up to support, this is what it’s about! Building community in real time. Showing up for each other. Celebrating each other’s gifts and creating space for our voices to be heard.

We also had the opportunity to engage in some much needed conversations during the community panel with the cast after the show with Eren Cooper | Podcast Host + Content Creator

Just another reminder of why these spaces and stories matter so much.

With everything happening in the world and even within our own communities, moments like this remind us that what we’re building is bigger than us. We’re going to keep showing up, using our voices, sharing our truths, and walking in our purpose. That’s what community is about.

Much love to everyone who helped bring this production to life. Y’all go support Ebony Rose, follow Ignite Her | Coalition🔥💕, and check out their new book!

Let’s continue to heal, build, and grow together. Because at the end of the day, it’s all bigger than us.

Congratulations again, boss! We love you and we’re proud of you!💐🫂

HOUSTON, TX, WE HAVE ARRIVED! 🔥🎭🎬

It’s always a vibe when we get to celebrate the projects, purpose, and accomplishments of our very own community!

Our very own boss, The Ebony Rose, has written and brought her FIRST stage play to life, and tomorrow we get the honor of witnessing her vision become reality! 🥹👏🏾

One thing about MGB, WE BELIEVE IN EACH OTHER AND WE SHOW UP FOR EACH OTHER! Period.

From her writing and storytelling to her advocacy for q***r and women’s rights, she continues to use her voice to create impact. And we couldn’t be more proud!

As mascs, we know what it means to navigate spaces where showing up authentically and using our voices isn’t always easy. But we keep showing up, creating, breaking barriers, and making room for those coming behind us.

THIS is community. THIS is unity. THIS is what MGB is about!

Congratulations again, The Ebony Rose! We see the work, the passion, and the purpose you’ve poured into Ignite Her | Coalition🔥💕 and this production. Tomorrow is YOUR moment, and your community is right here celebrating with you!💐

And Tyler Perry Studios, we’re waiting on you! 👀🎥🎬

Follow the movement. Love the journey! 🫡🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

✨ NEW DIMENSIONS | Toast of Life Gala 2027 ✨

And just like that, we’re gearing up for another incredible year! 28 years of celebrating q***r lives!

Since being honored with the 2025 LGBTQ Community Award, it’s been a full-circle experience to continue serving on the Toast of Life Gala committee for a second year.

There’s something special about being connected to an organization like Resource Center that continues to champion, advocate for, and create opportunities for our LGBTQ+ community to thrive.

I’m especially excited about this year’s theme, NEW DIMENSIONS, and everything we’re preparing for 2027!

Tickets are officially available! Whether you’re looking to sponsor, give back, expand your network, or simply be in a room filled with people who believe in the power of community, this is one you want to be part of.

Come connect, celebrate, and support a mission that continues to make a difference.

Ticket link is in my bio! Secure your spot, and I’ll see you in the room!

Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new ones! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️😊

October pulled up and dropped a huge blessing…🥹

I’m proud to share that I’ve officially been selected for the 2026–2027 Equality Leaders cohort with Equality Texas 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Everything I’ve been building through wellness, visibility and MascGentBosses community work has continued to push me deeper into advocacy. Now, over the next five months, I’ll be gaining even more tools and education to become a stronger advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights across Texas.

This is bigger than adding something else to my resume. I’m bringing these tools & knowledge back to my community.

I want us to understand the systems that impact us. I want us in the rooms where decisions are being made. And I want our communities to be visible, informed, equipped and represented.

I’ve spent years helping people heal, love themselves and own who they are. Now I’m expanding that work by learning how to advocate & protect the communities I love.

The work is expanding. The mission is getting bigger. And getting this great news shows alignment in motion!

Ya girl is headed back to class!!🫶🏾✏️📚

Many may question?! What is this doing? A lot. His name could be the wave that creates change for all the other names and lives we’ve lost. We keep fighting. We use our platforms, our voices, our dollars, our hearts and we keep fighting. To my black people, fighting each other is keeping us apart. Healing our s**t and finding unity…that’s the real solution!💯

Thanks VIOLA DAVIS for sharing the wave. A system will break when it no longer has the capacity to hold the pressure. Let’s keep pushing and applying pressure to that MF!👊🖤

MascGentBosses stand in solidarity 🫡🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

We’re tired AF, but we’re too resilient to give up!
