It’s the beginning of October and a BEAUTIFUL day! 🎃 Ready for a successful month ahead @ CMA’s Colonial Honda!

PS the odyssey is an excellent choice. We can take over $4,000 off, so, now is the perfect time to get into a van with all of the space!

Such a fun morning having the VCU professional selling students here for the next step of their sales competition! They had to do a role play walk around of an odyssey and then a close scenario. The winners go to a final competition!

I consider this a win! Today I received a phone call from someone that applied for a sales role. To my understanding, he submitted his application, then somehow one of my hiring posts on my page from LAST YEAR, popped up in his news feed lol so he called me directly (as my posts instruct) and said “hey, I submitted my application 30 minutes ago and saw your post that you’re looking for salespeople, so, I’m following up”. He lives in Richmond and we have an interview scheduled on Friday.

This is why having some sort of social media presence is so important.

Also, to be completely frank, one of my goals is to always have a number of potential team members engaged on all of my social media platforms. We ALWAYS want low turnover, however, life shifts happen. Hiring can be challenging, so, the more I can do to put myself in a position to have the right people in the right seats at all times so the dealership keeps running smoothly - I will do that.
