At The Ground Up Youth Sports Association (TGUYSA), we believe that sports are more than just games — they are life-changing tools for shaping the character, discipline, and future of our youth.

We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated coaches who want to make a difference in the lives of student-athletes across Dallas. Our mission is to train, educate, and mentor young athletes through sports development, personal character building, physical training, community workshops, and team bonding activities.

As a coach with TGUYSA, you will:

Develop athletes not only in their sport, but in leadership, teamwork, and integrity.

Serve as a mentor and positive role model for youth in underserved communities.

Impact lives directly by helping young men and women discover their potential on and off the field.

Be part of a movement — building Dallas’s strongest foundation of athletes and leaders from the ground up.

We are seeking coaches across multiple sports: Football, Basketball, Soccer, Track & Field, and more. Whether you’re a seasoned coach, former athlete, or a community leader with a passion for youth development, we need your voice, your guidance, and your leadership.
