Join us for a stroll around White Rock lake with our furry friends. Hangout at the dog park to follow.

Open to the community and all levels of fitness. This class is designed specifically for moms at all stages of their fitness journey. Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or a seasoned athlete, our coaches will provide modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout.

➡️ 02/28: FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS 🔥
Join us every Friday during the CrossFit Open for our electric Friday Night Lights events! Experience the thrill of competition in a fun, supportive environment as we tackle the Open workouts together.

Welcome to February! ❤️

This month, we prepare for the 2025 CrossFit Open, which kicks off with Open Workout 25.1 on Thursday, Feb. 27.

CAP benchmarks for this month include a 3-rep-max front squat, 2K row, and Grace.

Expect some new PRs during this month’s heavy bench press, hang squat clean, and deadlift days.

Enjoy a full week of chippers in the middle of the month to mix things up before kicking off the Open!

JANUARY MONTHLY FOCUS🗓️

Happy New Year and Happy January! 🎉This month, we’ll focus on preparing athletes for the 2025 CF Open.

Expect to test past CrossFit Games season Open and Regional workouts with heavier lifting opportunities sprinkled in before conditioning workouts.

To prepare for a potential Olympic lift in the Open, expect heavy days dedicated to overhead squat skill work followed by a 1-rep-max sn**ch.

WORK YOUR WEAKNESS 💪

Come in during our supplemental hours to tackle our “Work Your Weakness” programming. Our new cycle starts this week. Look forward to weekly opportunities to build on your existing foundation of strength, skills, and stamina.

Ready to build lasting healthy habits that stick? Our Nutrition and Healthy Habits Challenge is not meant to be a quick fix—it’s a blueprint for sustainable nutrition and exercise.

🍗Eat 0.7g of protein per pound of BW.

🥦Eat 6 cups of fruits & vegetables.

🏋🏻‍♀️Workout & Check-in 4 days a week.

🥤Drink 1/2 BW of water in ounces.

🛌Get 7+ hours of sleep.

🚶🏼‍♀️Take 8,000 steps a day.

Making sustainable lifestyle changes can be accomplished with a little structure. The goal for this challenge will be consistency over perfection, so being mindful and making an effort will go a long way.

Welcome to December 👏👏👏 — a month focused on Open workouts and testers to help prepare for the upcoming CrossFit Open.

This month will give you insight into your fitness level regarding specific movements and time domains.

Expect to test your 1RM sn**ch and clean & jerk on Dec. 7th and to test benchmarks like Open workout 24.1, Christine, and 23.1.

Heavy days will include shoulder press, push press, split jerk, thruster, power sn**ch, and front-rack lunge days.

Let’s close out a great year and gear up for 2025!
