Slate Wrestling Academy

This weekend at Bootleggers Nationals, our SWA Duals 10U and 12U teams represented our club with heart, toughness, and pride. Competing together as one family, our wrestlers showed what hard work, dedication, and teamwork look like on the mat.

We’re incredibly proud of every wrestler—not just for the wins, but for the effort, sportsmanship, and determination they displayed throughout the tournament. Every match was an opportunity to grow, compete, and support one another.

Success isn’t measured only by medals and team results; it’s measured by the courage to step on the mat, battle through adversity, and represent your teammates with pride. This group did exactly that.

We’ve got an incredible group of boys and girls representing our team. Win or lose, we’re proud of the dedication, toughness, and heart they’ve shown all season.

This tournament is about more than medals and trophies. It’s about competing with confidence, supporting your teammates, overcoming adversity, and representing your family, coaches, and community the right way.

Good luck to all of our wrestlers this weekend. Leave it all on the mat, have fun, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

2 Years Strong 💪🤼

What started on Opening Day – June 3, 2024 has grown into something special.

Today we celebrate the 2-Year Anniversary of Slate Wrestling Academy. Over the past two years, we’ve built more than wrestlers—we’ve built confidence, discipline, toughness, friendships, and a family.

From first-timers stepping onto the mat to experienced competitors chasing championships, every athlete who has walked through these doors has helped make this academy what it is today.

Thank you to our wrestlers, parents, coaches, and supporters for believing in the vision and trusting the process. The work doesn’t stop here.

Two years down. The best is still ahead.
