Athletes who completed all three Open workouts earned a level and can compete in one of 10 tiered divisions in the Community Cup — workouts are tailored to each level, so everyone is matched against athletes like them!

New in 2026, athletes can choose to compete in a higher level than they earned during the Open. Been training your weaknesses? Fitter than you were in February? Level-up and challenge yourself in the Community Cup!

Register to get your tshirt in the mail, and look for more info next week about when we’ll be doing the workouts! 🤩

Congratulations to the May Committed Club! These people checked in at least 16 times in May! If you would like to be in the July Committed Club, make sure you check yourself in! Britneigh Hammill won the drawing for May’s Committed Club!
Britneigh started at Harvest in 2018, and has since added two babies to the mix, coaching at Harvest, and her Virtual Assistant business, too! Her mom strength has recently come through in acquiring her first Bar Muscle Ups! Brit’s reaping the benefits of her consistency that will continue to amaze us all, and we are happy to be along for the ride!
I asked Britneigh some questions so you could get to know her better, and here are her answers:
🌟Sports: “Basketball and soccer, soccer in college.”
🌟Fun fact: “Most of my clothing is thrifted, buying retail kills me.
-I’d love to visit Wilmington, North Carolina one day.
-I’m actually incredibly introverted.
-My favorite movie is Remember the Titans.
-I love corn dogs!”
🌟Life Advice: “I’ve learned that fitness/life isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up. There will be seasons where you’re stronger, busier, more motivated, or simply trying to survive. Focus on building habits, not chasing perfection. Consistency will take you farther than motivation ever will. Show up even when it isn’t perfect.”
🌟Favorite movements: “I love wall balls, box jumps and power cleans 🤩”
🌟Why Harvest? “In my opinion, we build more than just strength at Harvest. We build friendships, confidence, resilience, and a community that celebrates each other’s wins. I love that Harvest is a place where people show up for one another, push each other to be better, and remind you that you’re capable of more than you think. Inside and outside the gym ❤️”

In July, a few of the Harvest Coaches are going to the CrossFit Owners and Coaches Conference in San Jose, CA! Coach Mac has also been invited to speak on an Affiliate Owner Panel! It will be an exciting time to connect with other people in our profession, and learn so much! We’re looking forward to learning about other thriving CrossFit communities and coming back with so many ideas!

Congratulations to the March Committed Club! These people checked in at least 16 times in March! Christy Richert won the drawing for March’s Committed Club! Christy Richert joined Harvest in 2021 and we have the joy of not just her, but her husband Ben, and their kids Elayna and Oakley! They bring life to class that is missed when they can’t make it. I asked Christy a few questions about herself so you could get to know her better. Here are her answers!
🌟Sports and Activities: “I did track in jr. high and dabbled in a little in soccer my freshman year of high school, but ultimately pursued choir throughout high school and college. My jr. year of college a friend invited me to a self made CrossFit box in someone’s garage (Carlos Padilla!) and that’s the first time I ever really touched a barbell or did any lifting and I thought, “man this is IT!” I finally found a sport I loved.”
🌟Random facts!
“I have a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Composition and have a 3 octave vocal range🎶 but now I do part time bookkeeping, help lead worship at church, and am growing an art business! I’ve also been to Uganda twice 🇺🇬 and was baptized in the Nile River!”
🌟”My biggest piece of gym advice would be to just show up! Show up when you’re tired, angry, stressed, injured, sad, overwhelmed, excited, happy, content, all of it. Show up at the gym and you’ll end up surprising yourself and building habits, discipline, and character that will benefit you in all areas of your life. Show up here so you can show up at home and in your daily life for your family and friends.”
🌟”Favorite movement is anything with a heavy barbell! I’m a weirdo and my favorite machine is the assault bike.”
🌟”My favorite thing about Harvest is the community. The coaches truly care about your fitness and your life, the people you workout with become friends who do life together, and the support and encouraging atmosphere is unmatched. I came for the workouts, and I stayed for the people and the gym dog. The workouts are also pretty cool too, though!”

The 2026 CrossFit Open kicked off a wild ride at Harvest, so this week, we’re getting caught up on Committed Club! 🌟
Congratulations to the February Committed Club! These people checked in at least 16 times in February! If you would like to be in the June Committed Club, make sure you check yourself in!
✨Stephanie Earhart won the drawing for February’s Committed Club! Stephanie joined Harvest in 2014 and please hear me when I say this- The Lord sent us Stephanie. All the things God calls us to do for one another, she does them with joy and steadfastness. It is an honor to be known by Stephanie! I asked Stephanie a few questions about herself so you could get to know her better. Here are her answers!
Sports growing up: “I did volleyball and softball for about 10 minutes each.. then switched to cheerleading and that was so fun!”
“Fun fact.. my first real job was pumping gas at my parents’ station. It’s how I put myself thru college! Also, I found my future husband at age 6 (really!)”
“Advice.. be consistent and committed to the gym. I didn’t bring any natural athletic ability, so consistency is how I’ve made progress.”
“Life journey advice.. find and follow Jesus, He is the only way!!”
“Favorite moments.. seeing Ruby get her first muscle up, and being able to share my Harvest journey with her!”
Why Harvest? “Harvest is an extension of my family.. I care about my gym fam like I care about my own fam. I love the every day moments.. seeing people I love, sharing in their victories and loving them through their valleys. I am grateful for all of it, even the soreness!”
