Went to Htown this weekend with my babies to chill with the kin folk. We decided to take moms to her favorite restaurant, The Cheesecake Factory, and I got my cheat on! So did :p

Spaghetti piled high with parmesan herb crusted chicken and mashed potatoes. I couldn't eat all but I totally carbed out that day.

But! Like everything, all things must come to an end so back on the keto real tough today. I must say I have been seeing some positive changes in my body while doing this carb cycling plus it allows me to on occasion indulge in my gluttonous sinful pleasure.

Maybe a strict keto diet isnt for you but you like the way you feel and look on it. I suggest trying the carb cycling so your body can still run efficiently but you also get your fix in an energy gearing dose.

Happy 4th ! Its been a full and productive week - work, camp, workouts and everything in between! But that’s what life is about - multi tasking and balance ! No matter how busy the day may seem, you have to be able to carve out sometime for yourself and your health! And some good ol home cooking ! 😍. What’s been cooking in your kitchen ?!? Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1/4 cup cheese, 4 bacon, 2 tbsp guac, 1 cup spinach

Lunch (SWIPE): Burger on Keto Bread made by the delectable Elizabeth topped with an egg, arugula, lettuce and brisket

Dinner: Protein shake, spinach salad w olive oil,4 fat bombs.

One cheat meal doesn’t mean you’ve failed, so don’t use that as an excuse to stop your plan all together! So indulge, but stay on your path- it’s not over yet ! What’s cooking good looking😎

For the next 30 days, the diet I've chosen is Intermittent Fasting + Cyclical Keto.

I'm already on keto. I'm adding the IF and cycle just to shred intensely and to see how my body reacts to that one cheat day of carbs. I do love how I feel, look, and function on keto but, your guy be missing his carbs. Especially at all these family events with palau, rice and peas, and Johnny Cakes. (Why must you tempt me so Theresa!?!)

I'll keep you all up to date on the eatings and will post my daily workouts and pix.

My friends and I are hitting up Floatfest in Gonzalez Tx on July 19-21 to celebrate that decadent piece of dark chocolate named s birthday!!! 🎉🎉🎉

So we have 30 days til the fun and festivities so I was thinking, hows about we all get sexified with a . And of course they replied back with a hearty, "Hells ya!" 🔥🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏿‍♂️😎

DEETS!
-4 daily workouts/ wk for at least an hr
- Send a photo from each workout
-Stick to a healthy diet of ur choosing
-For everyday missed, 1 bonus workout day is added to the next week
-1 cheat meal a wk (pic required)
