CG Allen Campers.....
Camp will continue, please see some important updates
Update on Camp and COVID-19
- Dallas County has declared state of emergency and has banned gatherings of 500 or more.
- Wash your hands. We are encouraging Trainers to provide extra hand sanitizer at Camp. It’s also important that you keep washing your hands during the hours when you’re not at Camp.
- Download the Camp Gladiator App to check in. Trainers can check you in, but no shared touching on the iPads until this ban has been cleared.
- Bring and use your own equipment. Trainers will be adjusting workouts to remove shared equipment for the time being. It’s a good idea to wipe down your own Mat and weights after your workouts.
- Limit your physical contact as much as possible. Air high fives still pump your battle buddies up… or try a foot high five!? Trainers will modify partner work during this time so that you limit physical contact.
- Stay home from Camp if you’re not feeling well. This tip is recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)
- We will be posting at home workouts daily to keep you going with your fitness routine if you are unable to attend camp.
We are monitoring the situation closely and want to be sure that we are doing our part to keep the health and wellness of everyone as a top priority. Please reach out to your trainer with any questions.
