This morning had the potential for chaos. No plan, no quiet, trapped inside, everyone needed something at the same time.
And a few years ago, that would’ve taken me out.
I would’ve tried to plan the whole day.Get back on track. Catch up. Do more. Have it all go "smoothly" and on schedule.
Now I don’t do that. I had to get real about what life is now.
I use anchors.
My Power Anchors are just a few non-negotiable habits that hold my day together when everything else falls apart or veers of track.
Not a full routine. Not a perfect schedule.Just the things that keep me from unraveling.
For me, it’s simple:
Caffeine before I open emails. One load of laundry started before breakfast.A few minutes outside to reset my brain.
Simple breakfasts.
1-2 things that truly *need* to be done each day.
That’s it.
And it’s enough to shift me out of reaction modeand back into control.
Because motherhood didn’t make me less capable. It just removed the systems I used to rely on to feel like I was controlling my day and not vice versa.
So I stopped trying to run my old playbook and built smaller, steadier ones that actually work now.
That’s what anchors are.
Not to make your day look perfect.Just to keep you steady inside of it.
If your mornings feel like a lot lately…
what’s one thing you could anchor to?

If you’re new here, hi. I’m Typhani.
Wife. Mom of two with one on the way.
Former HR exec turned real estate builder… turned stay-at-home mom… turned “wait, who even am I now?”
I’ve built businesses. Led teams. Started over more times than I can count.
And somehow, motherhood was the thing that unraveled me the most.
Not because I don’t love it- I do!
But somewhere in the middle of being everything for everyone… I lost my own rhythm.
So this page is my living my Rebuild Era out loud in hopes that it helps even one mom feel seen or understood!
In real time. No filters. No pretending I have it all figured out.
If you’ve ever felt like you disappeared a little after becoming a mom…
or like the version of you that used to feel strong got buried under the day-to-day…
you’ll probably feel at home here.
If you're feeling the call to rebuild- yourself, your systems, your expectations, your mindset or you aren't even sure what, but you know something needs to be rebuilt, let's be friends!
Honestly, I spent too many years wondering what I'd done wrong or why I was so easy to leave.
In the end it turns out that their moves said more about them than they ever did about me.
Here's your sign to forgive and forget them 🫶
And if you're a millennial mom trying to heal, find structure, and rebuild systems within motherhood and want an honest mom friend to remind your that you're a badass every once in awhile 👋 nice to meet you! Stay awhile!
Which is harder to heal from: a romantic break up or a bestie breakup?

You don’t need a better routine.
You need one that actually survives your real life.
Most of the women I talk to aren’t struggling because they lack discipline.
They’re struggling because they’re trying to run a life that no longer exists.
The structure that used to hold everything together?
It doesn’t fit here anymore.
So now it’s this constant cycle…
try to do everything → fall short → feel behind → repeat.
The Minimum Viable Day breaks that loop.
It gives you a baseline to return to when the day gets messy.
Something small enough to keep… even when you’re tired, interrupted, or stretched thin.
Not a full reset.
Not a perfect plan.
Just enough to:
move your body
fuel yourself
clear your head
and finish one thing that matters
That’s how you start rebuilding trust with yourself again.
And that’s the part no one really talks about
because it doesn’t look impressive from the outside
But it’s the difference between staying stuck
and slowly becoming someone who follows through again
You don’t need a breakthrough day
You need a day you can repeat
SAVE this for yourself and SEND this to a mom who is trying to do it all.
If you're a millennial mom trying to heal while rebuilding yourself and re-systematizing your world to fit mom life- pull up a chair and stay awhile. And if you're looking for an honest mom friend who will also remind you that you're a badass- 👋 nice to meet you! Let's be friends!
This is for the Exhausted Type A Mom who used to run on structure, routines, and discipline — and now feels like she’s constantly behind no matter how hard she tries.
If you’re close to giving up, it’s not because you quit on yourself.
It’s because the systems that once worked for you collapsed under motherhood.
You didn’t lose your drive.
You didn’t lose your intelligence.
You didn’t lose your ability to follow through.
You’re a former overachiever living inside an interrupted season, carrying a mental load no one trained you for, trying to force yourself into perfection that no longer fits.
This space is for burned-out, high-achieving moms who don’t need another flawless routine — they need permission, support, and rhythms that work with real life.
If this sounds like you, pull up a chair and we can learn to chill and build better systems together 🫶
I’m talking to the Exhausted Type A Mom who used to have systems, routines, discipline, and drive — and now feels like she can’t stay consistent to save her life.
If you’ve been wondering what the hell happened to you after kids… nothing went wrong.
You didn’t lose your edge.
You didn’t lose your ambition.
You didn’t suddenly become “bad at life.”
You’re a high-capacity woman living inside an interrupted season, carrying a mental load no one sees, trying to function in a world that wasn’t built for motherhood.
This space is for burned-out Type A moms who don’t need another perfect system. They need permission, support, and something that actually works in real life.
If this made you exhale for the first time today, you’re in the right place.
🤍 Follow along and let's rebuild together.
Hey y'all- John and I are working on a few deals where the Sellers are elderly and don't have the ability to pack or move heavy stuff. Can anyone recommend a great moving company that also offers packing services? We would love to send our business to a local/small moving company if you guys know of any! Thank you!
