Had so much fun 🤩 with Lydsay@ Pilates. When trainer get on the floor to workout everyone is trying to check how had we are working and we start like this 🤣🤣🤣🤣
The truth is that even playing is a form to express our mood and release emotions!! Having fun is always what makes the difference!

Missing my friend and great time we spend playing over seas for 2018 with .mel0 … so glad got to compete and meet incredible athletes from all over the world 🌎especially the Olympian@aprilrossbeach USA 🇺🇸 the legend Olympian amazing from 🇨🇺Cuba! 🙌🙌🙌
🥰 No words can describe how inspiring and incredible warrior Jess was in her journey. I will miss her amazing energy!… no more pain, only Love ❤️ remains from all souls you touched….

Let’s get those legs going after hip thrusts Heavy 270lbs 5 sets of 12 followed by leg press 270lbs - 4x 16 ( 8 wide feet /8 narrow )! Add more weight on the last set (50lbs) Lots of lunges after and more to complete the workout.. NO BARRIES!!
