Dallas Legends Soccer Academy is very excited to announce our partnership with the Movement Science Lab (MSL) at Scottish Rite Hospital for Children Dallas,Tx

Later this summer, all of our Select (U11 & older) players will attend the MSL for a pre-season athlete assessment. And in April/May of 2027 they will attend again for a post-season athlete assessment. This will continue annually, building a database of development for each player.

What value does this bring to our players?
- Comprehensive biomechanics and functional performance assessments designed for injury risk reduction and performance optimization
- Use of 3D markerless motion capture during sport-specific tasks to analyze movement mechanics associated with injury risk
- Objective testing of Strength, Power, Balance, Reactiveness, Mobility, Stability and functional performance
- Results are compiled into a detailed, individualized report benchmarked against research-backed norms

What's your club doing for injury prevention across all Select teams, not just the privileged few.

To pilot this program, our 13B ECNL-RL-NTX & 13G NPL teams will be attending the Movement Science Lab later this month.

Huge news for Dallas Legends Soccer Academy

Our Dallas Legends Woodberry 13B Black (aka Bobcats) have been accepted on merit into the ECNL-RL-NTX. This is on the back of their NPL-NTX championship this season.

11 years in the making. Growing organically. Steady growth adding a league every year. Earned a spot in a National Finals for the first time this summer.

Partnered on an indoor soccer facility in 2019/20 The Soccer Box Dallas .

Signed multi year agreements for floodlit fields in 2024, and currently secured until 2028.

3 teams coming out of COVID, now 24 teams from U6 to U16.

And now ECNL-RL NTX.

Congratulations to our Dallas Legends 13B NPL NTX Woodberry (aka Bobcats). QUALIFIED for the NPL NATIONAL FINALS this morning! Congratulations to TX Warriors FC NPL NTX Amarillo for making it this far and staying in the fight, with a 6-3 final score.

This is Dallas Legends Soccer Academy first ever National Championship team qualification & a proud moment for the club.

Congratulations to the players, to Coach Woody and to the parents that have supported these boys in their journey.

Now we await confirmation of their ECNL-RL-NTX wildcard spot through their NPL-NTX championship.

With the age band changes, we will have player movement and we will need to add some boys to this very young roster.
