A lot of people start a prep feeling excited, motivated, and fully committed. And that energy is real, but so is what comes next.

Because very few actually make it all the way to the stage. Somewhere along the way, it gets hard. Really hard.

It’s early mornings when no one is watching. It’s training through fatigue, stress, work, family, and life still happening around you. It’s pushing through workouts and doing your cardio when everything feels harder than it should. It’s sticking to meals when you’re not hungry or when you’re starving and still choosing discipline. And it’s the mental load, the doubts, the comparison, the “can I really do this” moments.

That’s where most people stop.

So stepping on stage isn’t just about how you look. It’s proof of belief.

It proves you can show up for yourself even when life is full.
It proves you can stay consistent when it’s inconvenient.
It proves you can trust the process when the end feels far away.

Getting there means you didn’t quit when it would’ve been easier to. You didn’t ease up when things got uncomfortable. You followed through.

And that changes you.

Because once you prove to yourself you can do that, you start to realize you’re capable of so much more than you thought.

The stage isn’t the finish line. It’s evidence of who you became to get there.

And this is why we are proud of Laura, Leah and Dana for pushing past the middle and refusing to stop. You all deserve a standing ovation. 👏👏👏

Proud coach moment! 💪🏽🔥 Huge congratulations to our athlete Tiffany for placing 4th in her pro debut at one of the toughest figure lineups we’ve seen this season!
To come in and make Top 5 at your first pro show is no small feat — your hard work, discipline, and passion showed on that stage.

We’ve got feedback, and now it’s time to refine, improve, and come back even better for the next one. The goal is always progress — and we’re just getting started.

Huge congratulations to our athlete, Laura, for winning her class at Battle of West Georgia this past Saturday.
After competing in her first bikini show, Laura realized she didn’t want to go through such an intense prep again. So, she made it her goal to stay within 10 pounds of her competition weight year-round. Always up for a challenge, Laura knew she wanted to compete again before the end of the year—but with a busy schedule and the holidays approaching, another full bikini prep wasn’t realistic.
That’s when we decided to try something new: the Fit Model division. With just two weeks of prep and a brand-new posing routine, Laura stepped on stage and walked away with the win!
We didn’t get the overall, but we got some good feedback for the next show (quads).
We’re so proud of you, Laura—what an amazing achievement! 👏

Thank you to Battle of West Georgia for putting on another fantastic show! We always enjoy attending—whether we’re there to support one of our athletes or simply to take in the event.

Congratulations to our athlete, Ana, on an outstanding performance at her debut show! She took home 1 gold and 2 silver medals in the Wellness division this past weekend. 👏👏👏 We love her story and thought we’d share it below.

Ana’s “Why”

“I remember when my daughter, Catalina, did her second jiu jitsu competition. It was in a bigger venue, but with less competitors on the floor at one time, so a lot of attention would be on her. She found out that she was going against her teammate, who had way more experience than her, not only in jiu jitsu, but also judo. She cried and didn’t want to compete because she was afraid she would lose. I wanted to have a conversation with her about being brave and encourage her to go out there even if it was against someone who had way more experience. I wanted to tell her that even if she lost, it would not have been a lost, because stepping out was already a win, but I couldn’t truly relate because I’ve never done something like that myself. She did eventually go out there and even though she lost, she was a good sport and congratulated her opponent. As soon as she stepped off the mat and saw me, she cried and all I could say was wow, that was so brave of you.

My daughter is the reason I did this. She embodies everything I’ve ever wanted to be, she’s brave, loud in her confidence, speaks her mind and just does not care what anyone thinks of her. Competing and being on stage is something I would’ve never done. Like ever… I’m not typically a confident person, but ever since starting this journey, I have gained confidence I never knew I had. Stepping on that specific stage for that championship was so scary, but I’m glad it happened the way it did. I messed up a few times but still smiled and kept it going.

My daughter hasn’t competed since that last one and now that I’ve competed, it’s a conversation I can genuinely have with her and actually be able to relate.”

We are pleased to announce that our client, Natasha, has successfully achieved her initial weight loss milestone of 10 pounds. She is now five pounds away from reaching her target weight. Natasha has a consistent history of weightlifting, regularly attending the gym and maintaining what she believed to be a healthy and clean diet. Despite her consistency and dedication, the weight was just not coming off! What was hindering her progress? Not enough protein in her diet. At 53 years old, Natasha needed at least 1 gram per pound of body weight and she was getting less than half of that. When we added more protein, the weight just came off.

If you’re experiencing plateaus in your weight loss efforts, you may benefit from evaluating your diet. If your “healthy” diet primarily consists of carbohydrates and fats, it may be necessary to adjust the macronutrient ratios to include a greater proportion of protein to facilitate further progress.

Huge congratulations to our athlete, . 2nd in her class at her very first show Natural Battle of the Titans

Christie, you graced the stage for the very first time this past Saturday and we couldn’t be more happier with your performance. You did such an amazing job hitting all your poses and maintaining your composure. The first thing you said when you came off stage was “That was fun!” And that’s what competition should be - fun. Sometimes we forget that this is not life or death and that it’s ok to simply enjoy what you’re doing. We’ve watched you grow so much in this sport, both mentally and physically. You came to us needing direction in life and now you’re showing us the way to happiness. Congrats on your success.

We’d like to give a special shout out to our athlete, Linsey.

Big congrats to you, Linsey, for an amazing performance at Junior USA! Even though we didn’t get the placement we were aiming for, you kept your spirits high and didn’t let it get you down. You accepted the feedback with grace, and now we’re back at it, working on what the judges are looking for. Your grit and determination motivate us and serve as a reminder that true champions don’t make excuses; they make adjustments.

Congratulations to our incredible athlete, Laura , who took silver in her class at Although she placed higher in her class last year, the progress made in her physique and presentation is truly commendable. This year, Laura showcased remarkable improvements in overall aesthetics and stage presence, demonstrating hard work and dedication in her competition training. The commitment to refining her physique and presence is clearly visible in this side by side of her first competition versus her second. Competition is not just about placings; it’s also about personal growth and improvement. We are very proud of the strides Laura made this year and excited to see what the future holds.
