It started earlier this year with an idea and a deep sense of purpose.

What if we could help prepare the next generation for the world they’re living in today and the one they’ll help create tomorrow?

That idea became BeCreation™.

This photo was taken during our very first focus group, where we began shaping the foundation for what’s now coming to life.

Tomorrow we host the first BeCreation™ event, testing some of the material designed for the platform.

It’s been months of late nights, honest conversations, and courageous truth-telling. We care deeply about this work and the world we’re leaving behind.

And tomorrow, it begins.

Our hope is that BeCreation™ becomes a movement that reminds us what’s possible when we show up with open hearts and curious minds.

I had one of those moments recently that reminded me how important boundaries are in self care.

I was getting pampered and the woman working with me started sharing about a difficult client. Before long, the energy in the room felt heavy.

Finally, I said, “Natalie, stop. This isn’t doing anything for me right now. I’m here for a little love and care.”

She understood immediately and the whole vibe shifted.

Sometimes the real act of self care isn’t the appointment itself. It’s the permission to protect your peace.

Where in your life could you do the same?

Most people wait until they burn out before they give themselves permission to change.

But the true signs of growth often look nothing like exhaustion.
They’re quieter. More subtle.

They sound like restlessness.

That restlessness isn’t a problem to fix — it’s a signal to receive.

It’s your system whispering that the way you’ve been operating no longer aligns with who you’re becoming.

You’re not behind. You’re simply being called forward.

Growth doesn’t always look like progress. Sometimes it means outgrowing what no longer fits.

When my clients reach this stage, I call it the upgrade.

The upgrade isn’t about flipping everything upside down — it’s about tuning in to what’s already evolving within you.

The invitation isn’t to fix anything. It’s to listen — to what’s shifting inside you.

Lately, I’ve been noticing how often we describe our work in terms of what we have to do.

“I have to write this proposal.”
“I have to make that call.”
“I have to finish this project.”

But what if we reframed things a bit—from have to → get to?

Recently, several exciting opportunities came my way, each one requiring me to “step up.” Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I paused and thought, Wow—look at what I get to do.

That one sentence shifted everything.
My stress went down.
My creativity went up.
My gratitude grew.

These are the kinds of reframes we’ll explore at BeCreation™: Mastery for Life, a live workshop in Dallas on November 8th—designed for the next generation of leaders to transform their inner game and master their reality.

If that resonates with you, request an invitation using the link in the comments below.

Mondays are for dancing!

Still unearthing all the things I learned at — and realizing that sometimes the best integration happens when we stop thinking about transformation and start embodying it.

Even Dancing Naked got in on the movement.
A beautiful reminder that the work isn’t meant to be read. It’s meant to be lived.

Thank you, Irum Jones, for reminding me that movement is medicine and joy is a powerful teacher.

When was the last time you paused long enough to actually feel how far you’ve come?

We rush toward the next milestone, often forgetting to notice the quiet progress that happens in the in-between.

Take a breath. Feel your feet on the ground.
Remember, the journey is the practice.

Lately, I’ve been having a lot of conversations about the next generation of leaders — the ones who were born into this world, not the one we wish existed.

Each generation has walked a different developmental path, and it’s become clear how crucial it is to help emerging leaders build awareness and resilience.

This isn’t about “toughening up.”
It’s about strengthening the spirit.
It’s about building the inner infrastructure to meet the complexity of today’s world.

That’s exactly what we’ll be exploring at BeCreation: Mastery for Life — a live, experiential event in Dallas this November. This isn’t a lecture. It’s a full-bodied experience designed to transform your inner game so you can master your reality.

There’s a moment in most coaching calls where there’s a total energy shift.

Someone starts by sitting in a complaint—how something “shouldn’t be happening.”

And then they turn on a dime and start to express what they love. What’s lighting them up.

You can feel it. The shift in their voice. The softening of their presence. The expansion of their energy.

It’s such a simple, but powerful practice — to notice when you are stuck in a complaint and when you are connected to your joy.

If you want to see where you’re expanding energy and where you’re losing it, try the Momentum Map. It’s a Strategic Leadership Diagnostic that will show you what’s fueling you, what’s depleting you, and how to lead with more clarity and joy.

So what’s lighting you up today?

Creativity is your birthright.
Every decision you make (word, thought) creates your next moment.

When you are in the flow of creation, there is no need to defend or protect. It just needs to be real.
The people who are meant to feel it will. The rest will find their own path.

Ready to see where your creative energy is flowing (or depleting)?
Take the Momentum Map. Link in comments below.

The Power of Pause is undervalued by most leaders.

In the urgency. In the heat. We want to do something about it. We fill the silence. We act faster. We move more. But wisdom doesn’t come from the noise. Wisdom comes from the pause.

That one breath (the one you take to steady yourself before a meeting, before a response, before a decision) that shifts everything. That moves you from reaction to response. From tension to presence. From leading from fear to leading from awareness.

If you want to know where in your body you feel stress and urgency and how to create more space, clarity and calm for yourself and your team, then fill out the Momentum Map. It’s a Strategic Leadership Diagnostic that shows you where your energy is thriving, where it’s depleting, and what changes you can make to create more momentum in the right places. When you pause, you create presence. And people can feel it. They can sense your steadiness. Your openness. Your presence.

So I’ll ask what I ask my clients. How do you pause in your leadership?

What if, when someone did something against you, you opened up instead of closing down?

You can easily defend yourself, make assumptions, judge, and withdraw. But beneath every grievance is an agreement. A value. A fear.

The more you can see that, the more room there is for possibility, for expansion, for healing, for comprehension.

That’s where the work of true leadership starts.

Fear wears many faces.
Fear of money. Fear of failing. Fear of being judged.

But here’s the truth: fear doesn’t have to run your life.
When you become senior to it, you stop reacting and start leading yourself.

If you’re curious where fear may be holding you back and how you can expand beyond it, I created the Momentum Map as a tool to help. Link --> https://consciousleaders.outgrow.us/MomentumMap
