Shoulder pain usually isn’t fixed by avoiding movement — it’s fixed by improving it. 💪

Weak upper back muscles, poor posture, unstable shoulder blades, and limited mobility all place extra stress on the shoulder joint over time. Strengthening the muscles around the shoulders helps improve control, reduce compensation, and support healthier movement patterns.

Train the support system, and the shoulders stop doing all the work alone.
