AFTCO Collegiate Bass Open – Lake Dardanelle – Oct. 26-27, 2019 Day 1 is under way with 180 teams hitting the water this morning.

Here we go first day of practice was wet. Thanks to for the quick cleaning of Thermostat. Got us back on the wet rainy water fast. Looking forward to a great tournament and hoping for limits each day.

Fun tournament. Missed fish #5 but had fun and look forward to fishing this lake again.

Blake Smith and Ryan Mozisek are your TEAM OF THE YEAR after winning the final Qualifier of 2019 on Millwood! Blake and Ryan narrowly prevented last year's Team of the Year, Matt Baker and Kory England who finished 2nd on Millwood, from repeating their title on their home waters via a tie-breaker of most cumulative weight caught during the season. Blake and Ryan will be awarded Team of the Year plaques and lead the field for take-off both days of the Arkansas Collegiate Series Championship on Bull Shoals November 16 - 17, 2019.

All anglers in the attached spreadsheet highlighted in green are qualified for the Championship. If your name is not highlighted, you are not eligible for the Championship; we'll see you next season! A reminder list of eligible anglers will be published a week or two before the Championship.

Launch order for both days of the Championship is by final cumulative standings.

Wow, what a brutal day of practice on the wind blown lake Texoma. Yesterday had winds of 20+ and it made the fishing tough and the moving around almost impossible. But we could load up and move from boat ramp to boat ramp.
FLW College in Texoma next Friday, here we go.

After only fishing three tournaments so far Hunter and Brandon Benner have the team sitting in 83rd place for Scool of the Year. Not bad as they did not getting any points on the first event as I think their nerves got the better of them. Congrats guys on performing well. Next stop FLW on Texoma 4/5/19.
