We’re celebrating 10 years of SESSION Pilates with the launch of the SESSION Foundation in true SESSION fashion: loud music, incredible people, and a whole lot of purpose. On April 10, we’re taking over The Bomb Factory for a private fundraising concert, featuring , and DJ .
Sound SESSION isn’t just a celebration; it’s the beginning of a movement to support female entrepreneurs across North Texas. The Foundation’s first $80,000 grant will be awarded live at the event, mirroring the original investment that helped launch SESSION Pilates in 2016—a full-circle moment and an opportunity to pay that support forward to the next generation of women in businesses!

7pm on 8.8.25 sturgeon full moon sound bath to celebrate the lions gate portal. A powerful time to manifest, 8 hours before the moon goes completely full. I see lots of numbers of completion and lots of numbers of abundance. Walk ins welcome
