This workout is going to be a fun workout but will have lots of information for you to take away and implement into your home or gym routine! Every morning when I walk into the gym at 4am, I speak to almost everyone with a smile on my face. "Good morning! How are you?" Almost everyone will reply with "good morning, I'm here" or "good morning, wishing I was done" or "good morning, wish I was still in bed."

Here's the thing, we aren't in the gym to punish ourselves. We aren't there because someone is twisting our arm, dragging us out of bed, and forcing us. We are there because we get up, we get dressed, and we show up. We do it for ourselves. If you don't want to, don't. We do it to better ourselves for some reason or another. We do it for our 'why'.

So the next time you get ready to go to the gym, enjoy every minute of it. Rejoice that your body can do what you put it through. Love the process. Enjoy. If you hate what you're doing, find a way to change that. Change your mindset and watch everything else that will change with it.
