Dallas Strength and Conditioning started in my garage in 2013 then in 2014 I opened the gym. It has been such a great experience for me. This is something that would have never been possible without my beautiful wife, the coaches, and of course you guys!
It is hard for me to say goodbye to something that I worked so hard to build and keep together. I cherish the memories that I have made, the friends I have made, and all the good times.
Helping people get strong, be better, and grow has always been a passion of mine and is something I will continue to do. I will continue to coach under the Dallas Strength and Conditioning Name at a different gym (Self Made Training Facility).
I am sad to be closing and I will definitely miss the gym, and all of you.

All these guys completed their first Powerlifting meet on Saturday. They all did one hell of a job. They trained their asses off and put in the work. It was the 1st meet for all of them. They learned a lot and had a great time. Congratulations! Until the next one! Keep kicking ass and taking names.
