The is a great high energy all levels class for athletes who are ready for a challenging but do-able full body cardio and weight training workout.

Thursdays | 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM

🧘 Slow Burn – Slow Vinyasa

This is a great all levels yoga class for those looking to improve their mobility while combining stability, strength, flexibility, breath and awareness.
