I’m studying for the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist test. Actually taking the in person prep course this week end.
Here’s an amazing illustration of a coiled core, rotational movement, and head over foot. Maybe the 5th edition will label the illustration that way. Figured would get a kick out of this post.

Posted • .2 Meet Clint Laukhuf. Clint grew up in an athletic home, playing competitive tennis as soon as he was able to hold a racket. After a short stint in college, Clint found himself in the US Marine Corps where he graduated selection to the elite 1st Recon division and deployed to Iraq in 2003.
After leaving active duty, Clint went back to the tennis courts as a coach, where he combines his experiences and lessons learned in the Corps, with a variety of programming methodology to bring a unique solution to bridge the gap between athletes, parents and coaches.
