We’re searching for a speedy slapper/utility player who wants to compete at a high level against some of the best teams in the country. This group is built to win, develop, and compete on the biggest stages this summer in Kansas City, Colorado, and Indiana.

This is not a rebuild — it’s an opportunity to join a proven national-level squad with strong team chemistry, talent across the field, and a competitive culture.

We are fired up to officially welcome Tuesday DerMargosian to the Impact Gold NTX National 14U programs Coaching Staff!

Coach Tuesday brings elite Division I experience to our staff, having competed at the University of Texas before finishing her collegiate career at the University of North Texas.

During her time at Texas, she made 165 appearances, contributing as a consistent and reliable presence in a nationally competitive program. She followed that up with an outstanding final season at North Texas, where she:
• Earned Conference USA Newcomer of the Year
• Was named First Team All-Conference USA
• Hit an impressive .397 batting average, one of the top seasons in program history

A Fort Worth native, Coach Tuesday understands the Texas softball landscape and what it takes to compete and succeed at the highest levels.

What She Brings to Impact Gold

Coach Tuesday’s passion for the game, attention to detail, and player-first mindset will make an immediate IMPACT. In adding her to our Coaching Staff, she will:
• Elevate athlete skill development
• Help players build confidence and consistency
• Prepare our athletes for the next level both on and off the field

Her journey—from elite travel ball to Power 5 softball and beyond—gives our athletes a real, relatable blueprint for success.
