ps. as I mentioned this was my first time trying all these exercises so form wasn’t 100%. But this workout made me really wish my gym had all this equipment and also made me really want to start deadlifting more! Typically I just do rdl’s since my gym has no barbells or deadlifting platforms etc (i wish)🥲

As a new mom it has been very challenging to make time to be in the gym and to be consistent with my eating routine. But I choose to make no excuses and I keep showing up for myself.
Seeing my body transform back to the shape I want is being so rewarding! I want to be a better version of me so I can be the best mom I can be. Thinking that my daughter will be proud of me is something that motivates me every day. I want her to have me as an example of willpower, dedication and discipline. If she learns that is important to fight for what she wants, I know she will accomplish everything in her life. 🤍

Como uma nova mãe, tem sido muito desafiador arranjar tempo para estar na academia e ser consistente com minha rotina alimentar. Mas eu escolho não dar desculpas e continuo fazendo o que tenho que fazer para atingir meus objetivos.
