Family run barn located about a half mile off Highway 22, 10 minutes from Dallas.

All disciplines welcome! Family/kid friendly😊

- 12x14 matted stalls with automatic waterers
- 60x120 covered sand arena
- 2 shared tack rooms
- Feed room
- indoor hot water wash rack
- Trailer parking available for additional fee
- Group turn out weather permitting; we turn in & out
- We provide bedding
- We will blanket/unblanket & put flymaks on/off for you
- We feed AM & PM; you provide grain & supplements
- We can hold for farrier, vet, etc. at no extra charge

We can provide locally grown grass hay and/or alfalfa at an additional charge.
Limited hay storage if you provide your own hay.
Prices for stalls start at $325/month. Bedding included.

Wilson was given to me in December 2017. He is no longer mine, because I gave him to when he fell in love with this horsey. He is an incredibly sweet and calm horse, which makes him great for the kids! Everyone loves Wilson! Although he is in his later twenties, he thinks he’s in his teens and wants to run and play!

Duke kind of fell into my hands in December 2020. It took him a while to settle into the barn, but now he’s loving his life here and is making friends with the other horses!😁
He is the sweetest and goofiest boy!🤪
Duke loves cuddles and sometimes demands that you pet and cuddle him🤣
As far as I know he is racing bred and trained, so he is a little anxious and energetic when being ridden. I am working on getting him to relax and trust me. My goal is to do dressage with him.

I purchased Katie in April of 2020 from someone that used to board at my barn. She is an amazingly calm and easy-going horse, which makes her great for lessons. That is her main job; lugging kids around all day. She is the sweetest mare💖
I will sometimes hop on her to goof around, riding English or put her on some gaming patterns.

Joe is very playful and loves to mess with stuff. He is friendly, but doesn’t like cuddles. Joe and I are on a long journey to regain trust within each other. Long story short, after two concussions and repeatedly throwing me off, needless to say our trust is a little broken. But we are working on that, and I am hopeful that we can overcome our past and do amazing things in the future. He is a very talented horse and I think he would excel at reining or cow work.
