Let us explain: Residential projects developed with financial support from City of Dallas Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District funds are required to provide affordable units (affordable to households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Family Income (AMFI) for the Dallas Metro Area as determined by the U.S Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD)). Rents are capped at 30% of 80% AMFI.
All residential developments utilizing TIF District funds are privately owned and managed.

How do you find out if you qualify for the special rates under the Intown Housing Program?
- Annual income for individual must be between:
$44,316 - $65,760
- Annual income for two people must be between: $44,316 - $75,120
