Our Story
Alpha Project Strength and Conditioning - We are a small group training studio, where you get 1-on-1 attention and the competitive feel of working out in a group. The competitive nature of the groups makes each individual more motivated to strive to push their hardest. It truly creates an atmosphere that is electric and contagious and leaves you feeling accomplished after a workout is completed. All of our coaches are highly trained and certified strength & conditioning coaches.
Our mission at Alpha Project is to provide every client and athlete with the very best evidence based exercise programs. We implement all aspects of training and focus on areas of nutrition, muscular strength & power, endurance, speed improvement, agility, flexibility, lifestyle, and rest & recovery. All must be exercised and trained on a consistent basis over a long period of time to see the beneficial effects of training. At Alpha Project we train systematically 3 days a week, with ample recovery in between training sessions (24-48 hours). All three training days consist of total body exercises that last 60 minutes.
Alpha Project strength coaches also focus on form and critique technique to keep you healthy and minimize any risk of injury. Whether you are a beginner to weightlifting , high school, or collegiate athlete, you will absolutely make progress with these workouts.
