Taco bar night 🌮
-Let the kiddos make their own tacos
-Add 1-3 “thank you bites” this encourages kids to try new foods & and helps them eat a variety of foods
-Mommas skip the taco shells and make a bowl
-Don’t cook two meals for your family. Choose meals that everyone can eat with simple swaps.
-This helps prevent burnout and helps Mom stick to her plan
