In spring 2026 we had quiet the Turkey season.
💥Brandon J Townsend called in 30 turkeys that led to multiple first birds and slam completions for adults and kids.
💥Brandon’s daughter killed her first bird that set the bar pretty high with some impressive spurs and beard!
Our newest addition Brooks was impressed as you can see from the pictures.
💥A triple beard that landed the new county record, 15th in the state and 130th in the nation was called in, and was experienced by Country singer Tyson Leamon for his very first turkey hunt.
💥A 16 1/2 inch bearded turkey was killed by Brandon in North Ga while doubling up with a friend.
💥3 birds in one morning for a late season ender for dad and son and Brandon’s final tag. All birds with 1 1/2 minimum spurs. (3 hours of working them birds and hens)
And a bunch more we could go on and on about!
1 trumpet and 1 pot was used for the entire season.
