This Wednesday (7/29) and Friday (7/31), we will have our weekly Oyster Ecology Tours kayaking on the Damariscotta River, where we explore the numerous oyster farms the river has to offer and even eat some at the end of our trip🦪🦪🦪!! We hope to see you there!

Our Explorer Tour for this Saturday (7/18) is already causing Damarisscotta traffic!! Don’t miss your chance to kayak on Muscongus Bay from 1-5pm and see all the wonderful wildlife the area has to offer!

Midcoast Kayak teamed up with Hearty Roots, Glidden Point Oyster Farms , and Carson Douglas Landscape Design for another fabulous Paddle for a Purpose. This is a yearly event that raises funds for Hearty Roots, an organization doing excellent outdoor education with a therapeutic tilt here in Midcoast Maine.

Get ready for a ridiculously fun, river-lovin’, community-powered day on the water! Paddle for a Purpose is a one-of-a-kind, family-friendly fundraising event happening June 13 at Glidden Point Oyster Farm—where kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards take to the river for a scenic 3-mile cruise (hello, incoming tide!) followed by a shore-side celebration you won’t want to miss.
