Still not over Spirit Week. 🥹💜

A whole week of showing up, being ridiculous, committing to the themes and making the gym feel even more like our place.

Thank you to everyone who participated, dressed up, laughed with us. You guys are what make Live Well what it is, and getting a week to celebrate this community was the BEST.

Some people walk into a gym looking for a workout.

Some people walk in looking for something they can’t quite put into words.

A place where someone knows their name.
Where missing a week means someone checks in.
Where celebrating a new PR feels like everyone won.
Where showing up exactly as you are is enough.

Community isn’t loud.

It’s the coach who notices you’re having an off day.
The person who saves you a spot.
The high-five after class.
The conversations that happen long after the workout is over.

Some of the strongest friendships don’t start over coffee.

They start with, “Mind if I work in with you?”

And somewhere between the sweat, the laughter, and all the ordinary Tuesdays, strangers become familiar faces.

Then they become your people.

That’s the kind of strength we’re really building. 🤍
