Sean is heading to Montana next week for a wolf, elk, and mule deer hunt 🦌

🎯 He’s running a suppressed Sako 85 chambered in .300 Win Short Mag with a Vortex Razor HD LHT 4.5-22x50 optic, and spent the morning on the range building his DOPE from 100 to 600 yards.

💨 Cool air and 20 mph winds made for a good test ahead of his trip... putting in work to make the shot count when it matters.

Enjoy the hunt and best of luck, Sean! 🏔️

Thank you, RRTX Members!

Big thanks to everyone who came out for RRTX Community Day. We got a lot done in a short amount of time and managed to beat the rain:

🌲 Cleared brush and cut trees
🎯 Added new targets and collected brass
🏗️ Built a mini berm at 900 yards

We appreciate all of our Members and making the range better every day.

Stay safe and we'll see you on the line!

📋 Texas License to Carry course completed yesterday in Tac Bay #1 at the RRTX Damon Ranch!

Course instruction covered Texas fi***rm law, non-violent dispute resolution, and state reciprocity. Then straight to the line for the 50-round proficiency shooting test at 3, 7, and 15 yards on the B-27. 🎯

Every member passed! 💯

Thanks to Ace for running a sharp course, and to our RRTX Members who came out and put in the work. 🙌

🎯 Big thanks to the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department for putting on an outstanding Hunter Ed and Bowhunter Ed Instructor Course.

🙌 A special shout out to Hannah, Cheryl, Scott, and the TPWD Game Wardens for running a first-class course.

Instruction was thorough, standards were high, and every person in this photo walked away better prepared to pass safe, ethical hunting practices on to our next generation. 🏹

Time to get ready for deer season! 🦌
