💰 PAYOUT
All classes will race for 50% Payback, with the remaining 50% going toward our End-of-Year Banquet! 🎉🏆

🔧 TECH & SAFETY REMINDERS
• RACEcievers are REQUIRED in ALL classes, Adult and Junior.
• Backplates are REQUIRED in ALL classes. RWYB is the ONLY exception.
• No backplate = loss of your fastest qualifying lap.
• Need a backplate? Stop by the parts trailer before racing.
• 🚫 NO KART STANDS ON THE CONCRETE — PERIOD!
• We are a Burris Racing Tire Rule track. ALL classes must run Burris tires except RWYB.
• All drivers must have the required safety gear listed in the track rules.

🏁 RACE FORMAT
• Qualifying: Green, Green, White, Checkered
• Qualifying will be done in groups. If you miss your group by ONE group, your fastest time will be taken. If you miss it by MORE than one group, you will NOT qualify and will start at the rear for your feature.
• Features: 15 Laps OR 15 Minutes
• A class must complete at least one green-flag lap before the 15-minute clock begins.
• Once a class takes the WHITE flag, your kart must be sat down and running. Once that class clears, the next class will take the track.

📱 BARCODE / TRANSPONDER INFORMATION
🚨 YOU MUST BRING A PICTURE OF YOUR BARCODE TO REGISTRATION!

• No barcode? Barcodes are available for $5 at registration.
• Your barcode serves as your transponder.
• It will last until you change bodies or accidentally power wash it off! 😂

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
If your barcode is properly placed and fails to scan during qualifying, you will receive a re-qualify attempt at the end of qualifying.

If you fail to obtain a barcode OR place it incorrectly, you will start at the BACK of the field for feature races.

If you did NOT purchase yearly parking from Sarah, you MUST park beyond the Free Parking signs.

If you are UNSURE what your parking spot number is, ask at the gate or message Sarah. Parking IS painted.

PLEASE NOTE I HAVE REOPENED PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THIS RACE! Pre-register to get entered into a drawing for a set of Burris tires. If you aren't sure if you did pre-register you can go ahead and register again, I will post a list early next week with names who have pre-registered before the reschedule and you can let me know yes or no if you're coming.

This is most likely the last big race for Godspeed in 2026 so you don't want to miss it!

🅿️ Steve will be at the track from 5 PM EST – 9 PM EST Friday September 11th to park if you want to get there early. If you still need parking, please get with him I am not sure if he has many spots left 270.590.5494

⛽M1 methanol is required you cannot use M5.

Schedule:
🕐Gate time: 9 AM EST

We are a Burris Racing tire rule track except for RWYB. The only rule for RWYB is that it MUST be a flat kart no champs.

🟡Limited Modified:
Limited Modified Clone will follow the Welch 208 Limited Clone rules as posted on the EC Carburetors website. The minimum weight for this class is 390 lbs.
Animal and Flathead will follow current WKA/AKRA rules. Minimum weights are as follows:
*Animal: 375 lbs
*Flathead: 350 lbs

Scoring:
⚠️Your kart must have 2 barcodes, one on each side (see pictures) this is your transponder to be scored. If you DO have barcodes on your kart you MUST bring a picture to registration in order to register. If you do not have those, you will get those at registration they are $5 per kart. If you fail to put your barcode on or it is put on incorrectly, and you do not get scored in qualifying you will NOT be able to requalify and will start in the rear of your feature. You are in charge of making sure everything is on the kart and on correctly.
If you DO have your barcodes on and they are on correctly, and the computer fails to pick up your lap times, you WILL get to requalify at the end of qualifying.
🟢Qualifying will be green, green, white then checkered. Qualifying will be done in groups, you MUST qualify with your group, or your fastest lap time will be taken!
🚫The tower is OFF LIMITS if you enter the tower, you or your driver will be disqualified. Unless an official has asked you to come to the tower no exceptions.
💵Payout will be done at the bottom of the tower; payout will NOT be given out until we have official word from Tech that everyone has cleared for the class.

Your class purse will be $500 total, with $300 going to the winner! If additional sponsorships come in, we will continue to adjust the payout accordingly. Entry fee will be $45 for this class.

Sarah here, sorry everyone I have been trying to heal up and with all the other things I haven't posted we will not be racing this weekend.

Praise Report for the day: Roger is home! God is good, God performs miracles every day. God heals illness, God heals broken souls, he's there just call out!

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1

By now, I’m sure most everyone has heard that Ole Roger is doing well! ❤️ His heart cath came back good, and he came through the procedure afterward doing well too. We are so thankful to hear that he is okay, and I’m sure we’ll be seeing that familiar face back around the track sooner than we think! 🙏❤️

But I want to take a moment to recognize something that deserves to be talked about.

When things got scary and every second mattered, four incredibly brave ladies stepped up without hesitation and began performing CPR on Roger. They didn’t stop. They didn’t panic. They simply did what needed to be done until Constable Gordon Hall arrived quickly with an AED and was able to assist.

I don’t think any of us can truly understand the courage it takes to step into a moment like that. When someone you know and care about is in trouble, there is no time to think about fear, you just act. These ladies did exactly that. ❤️

To those four women, thank you will never seem like enough. Thank you for having the courage to step in. Thank you for giving Roger a fighting chance. Thank you for being there when he needed someone the most. God put you in the right place at the right time, and we are so incredibly thankful that you answered that call. 🙏

And to Constable Gordon Hall, thank you for responding so quickly and bringing the AED. Your quick actions mattered too, and we are grateful for you.

Today, instead of focusing on how scary that moment was, I want us to focus on how blessed we are that Roger is still here. ❤️

Please continue to keep Roger in your prayers as he recovers. And let’s also remember the four ladies who may be carrying a lot in their hearts after what they experienced. They are heroes, whether they want that title or not. ❤️🙏

Sometimes God puts ordinary people in extraordinary moments, and in those moments, they become exactly what someone else needs.

We are so thankful for a good report, and we cannot wait to see Roger back where he belongs! ❤️🏁🙏
