Place on Ezekiel bread, on top of a salad, or use to stuff a pepper!
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
-100 g Avocado (1/2 avocado)
-1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
-1 tbsp Red onion
-1 tbsp Celery (Chopped finely)
-5 oz Solid white tuna (1 can)
-Salt & pepper (For taste)
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. Place the avocado in a bowl
2. Add chopped onion, celery, lemon juice, and seasonings and mix well
3. Drain tuna, add to bowl, and mix again
4. Place on Ezekiel bread, on top of a salad, or use to stuff a pepper (not included in nutrition facts)
5. Optional: add other veggies (carrots, cucumber, peppers)
6. Enjoy!

🍎 3 slices turkey + 1 oz cheese + 1 apple
🥚 2 hard boiled eggs + ½ cup veggies + 2 tbsp hummus
🫐 1 cup plain Greek yogurt + ½ cup blueberries + 1 tbsp chopped nuts
🥬 1 tuna pouch + romaine lettuce + 1 hummus packet to-go
No prep overwhelm. Just simple, balanced snacks that keep you full and fueled 🔥
