🚚🍔 FOOD VENDORS WANTED! 🌭🍟
*THIS IS FOR DIAMOND HILL SOFTBALL COMPLEX ONLY!*
Calling all HOT food truck vendors! We are opening select dates for food vendors at the Diamond Hill Softball Complex during our Fall 2026 season! We’d love to give local vendors an opportunity to serve our players, families, and spectators while enjoying a night at the ballpark!
📅 HOW IT WORKS:
• Registration is date-specific – choose the dates that work for you.
• Only ONE vendor per date will be scheduled. If a vendor has already filled the slot you would like, there is a waitlist for each date that you can add too.
• All vendors must be confirmed by MCRD with proper paperwork before the date is officially secured.
• Each available date will have at least TWO games scheduled.
💙 VENDOR GIVEBACK = DIAMOND HILL IMPROVEMENTS!
Participation will fall under MCRD's Vendor Giveback Agreement. 100% of the giveback received from these sales will be earmarked specifically for improvement projects at the Diamond Hill Softball Complex. 🥎 That means when our families support the vendors serving Diamond Hill, they're also helping us reinvest back into the complex!
✅ VENDOR REQUIREMENTS: Vendors provide their own food truck, tent/setup, food, products, equipment, supplies, staffing, and payment processing. Electrical power may be available with advance notice but is not guaranteed.
🛡️ CURRENT LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED to participate. Vendors are also responsible for meeting all applicable health department, food service, licensing, fire safety, and other requirements.

Once MCRD confirms your date, we are counting on you! Please remember that while games are scheduled, attendance, customer volume, sales, and revenue are not guaranteed.
