PEP got a special visitor for 6am Blitz … Gracie was a pleasure to have in class. Her ablilty to sleep with her eyes open not only impressed but gave us all something to strive to learn !!!

💣NEW CLASSES STARTING TOMORROW THROUGH SUMMER💣

🦵MONDAY AT 5:30am-
🦵Lower-Cardio-Core
🦵Class will focus strictly on lower body, your center(core) with some heart ❤️ pumping cardio!

🩰 MONDAY AT 5:45pm-
🩰 Burn (or barre/matte style low impact class)
🩰 Class will focus on full body with low impact. Exercises done in sets, with little to light weights! Great for beginners or for someone looking to switch things up!

🏋️‍♀️ TUESDAY/THURSDAYS AT 4:30pm-
🏋️‍♀️ Full Body Pump with new instructor Megan
🏋️‍♀️ Class will focus on full body and have your heart rate up the entire time! Come check her out!

💪 WEDNESDAY AT 5:30am-
💪 Upper-Cardio-Core
💪 Class will have a focus strictly on upper body, your center (core) with some heart pumping cardio!

👤 FULL BODY FRIDAYS AT 5:30am-
👤 This full body class will wrap up your week (if you are an early person) and is a great extension of MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS morning classes!

*Hi! My name is Megan and I was born and raised here in Danvers. I am a mom of 2 beautiful girls, and grew up playing soccer and softball. Fitness and staying active has always been very important to me, so in 2021 I decided to get certified as a personal trainer!

I really enjoy getting people moving, and keeping a positive vibe to get them through their workouts!*
