*if you are going to add training to your option you will be using trainerize where you will view and track your training complete with video demonstration to ensure proper and safe execution! I offer one on one personal training at FC Crossing in Beverly and tend to do pop up boot camps outdoors for members when time permits!!! Single sessions are $75. I offer 10 and 20 pack as well! I am also an instructor at Studio Poise in Lynnfield
