My name is Kyle and I'm an NASM certified nutrition coach and a personal trainer.

Everything is nearly done at this point. Been fighting some of the formatting, but the journals are basically done and so is the first training guide. Had to take a brief break as that I switched shifts to firsts and have had to change my sleep schedule. Hopefully I can get a copy of the journal and guide soon so I can show you how good they look.

I'm also working on training journals so people can track their daily progress.

Let me know your thoughts.

Just updating. My weekend timeline was not possible. Not because it couldn't have been done, but because I apparently enjoy self torture by way of perfection and nitpicking.

Uncertain when it'll be done, but soon. Expect it published in at most a month.

Was probably a little ambitious to try and get that entire book done over the weekend. But I did get it 90 percent done. I will try and get it finished over the next few days.

Haven't posted in a while because I lost motivation and did try feel like this was worth continuing but have decided I do in fact want to do this. I have put a lot of time into this work and think I can help and make a difference. Task one has been completing the first guide. And I have a lot to do still in the form of editing, but progress has been made.

I've been struggling with a method that actually gets clients results. I've always hated the set it and forget it and maybe it'll work, and maybe it won't rat race because ultimately some clients quit because they don't get anywhere and many feel like they aren't getting their money's worth.

That bothers me. And if I'm being honest it's been my biggest hurdle staying in the training space. I want my clients to get what they're paying for. I don't want people feeling ripped off.

So I've spent a lot of time looking into things and trying to piece together different methods to ensure my clients get the quality they deserve, and I think I got it.

RTT (response type test) Protocol is the method I came up with. A repeatable standardized testing method to ensure my clients get a truly customized training experience adapted to their unique body profile. Not a cookie cutter plan that may work, and may not.

Quick announcement, been on hiatus with this for a while. Needed time to consider things, make decisions, and really decide if coaching and training is still something I want to do.

The answer is yes. I'm going to pick this back up and try again.

I've been in contact with some website builders and I'm going to outsource the website. I got bottlenecked and then burnt out trying to work full time plus overtime plus trying to teach myself how to build a website. I realize I can't juggle it all.

So right now, that's my big target. Redo the website completely, and then I've also come up with a new training method I'm calling the RTT Protocol. Information on that will come later.

Let's go over all the new things I'm working on since I haven't posted in a while.

Rebranding to give better awareness to the working class Americans out there who need a helping hand.

Working on several training guides using a theme that's going to really shake up the industry.

I'm making various gym items like bags and bottles.

Rebuilding the website to be more on brand.

I'm building an entire clothing brand within my brand.

I've got got a Fiverr account I'm brewing up as well.

I've got my logo and new QR code completed.

And finally new business cards as well.

I've got a lot cooking, and it's taking time working a fulltime job with overtime every week, but I haven't given up! You better stick around because things are ramping up!

Unpopular fact: If you can't get this close to your macros, it's your fault you're failing to meet your fitness goals.

Here's my top tips for this:

Pick foods you can eat often without falling into a circling state of eating the same thing every day. You can cook the same foods but if prepared differently, then can be totally different meals.

My go-to foods are rice, potatoes, and egg noodles. If you can't have regular noodles, then eat wheat noodles. You can turn these three carb sources into a wide variety of dishes.

You can do the same thing for meats, sauces, seasonings, etc.

The main thing is building and maintaining consistency. Without consistency, you'll go absolutely nowhere.

Here’s my current training plan—built for strength, muscle growth, and fat loss while keeping recovery dialed in.

This plan is structured to be simple, effective, and sustainable, whether you’re training for size, strength, or just looking for a solid workout routine.

If you can't walk or ride a bike to the gym, then do a 5 - to 10-minute warmup on a bike or treadmill and get your blood circulating.

You can run it in two ways:
PPL / Rest / PPL – A 6-day split with a rest day in the middle.
PPL (Week 1) / PPL 2 (Week 2) Rotation – Alternating weeks for a balanced approach.

Train smart. Stay consistent.

If you're looking for a well-structured plan, give this a shot!

It’s been a while since I’ve updated anything, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what direction to take. I knew I wanted to help people, but I didn’t know exactly who or how to focus my efforts.

For a long time, fitness has catered to the extremes—either the hardcore athletes or the influencers living in the gym. But what about the regular American mom and dad? The ones working long shifts, raising kids, and juggling responsibilities—the ones who need fitness the most but don’t have hours to spend in the gym?

I’ve realized that’s who I want to help. The people who show up not for aesthetics, not for social media, but for longevity—for their kids, for their families, for their future.

I want to be part of a wave of change that makes real fitness accessible to real people. To prove that being busy isn’t a reason to neglect your health—it’s the reason to prioritize it.

So if you’re a hardworking parent, a full-time worker, or someone trying to balance real life and real fitness, I’m here for you. No gimmicks. No fluff. Just real, sustainable training that fits your life.

Let’s build something together. 💪
